Forget spending a fortune on green tea or green coffee beans, there are plenty of ways to burn fat without having to set foot inside a health food shop.

In actual fact, green tea and green coffee beans are not in themselves too expensive. Ethnic supermarkets often sell the above very cheaply if we opt for generic brands. And green tea is an excellent fat burner. If we drink, say, 8 cups of tea on average in a day, just halving that by having 4 cups of green tea instead will assist in burning body fat. A cup of black coffee is another excellent contender.

Eggs are also excellent and cheap. A protein rich food, eggs will give the body a metabolic kick. And we have all seen how cheaply supermarkets will sell a box of 24 eggs. Those discount boxes with mixed sized eggs will burn fat on a budget whilst offering many meal choices.

Lentils, pulses and legumes are also exceptionally cheap if purchased by the bag rather than from a health food shop. These will bulk up any meal cheaply, and en-masse, are a great way to give us a full feeling whilst also packing us full of fat burning proteins.

With gym membership, healthy lean foods and the general cost of living, it is easy to get bogged down in forgetting to follow a diet or regime that includes fat burning food and drink. It’s even easier to spend more money purchasing supplements and snacks with fancy labels that promise speedy results. Just remember that cheap, supermarket goods and overpriced nutritional supplements all boil down to the same key ingredients when it comes to burning fat. And, as well as being cheap, a lot of fat burning foods can be manipulated or are just cooked a different way to make for a tasty, cost-effective and nutritional meal. Just be sure to purchase fat burners that are not just going to fill the body with more fat. Bear this in mind and the fat will fall off without leaving a horrible dent in your wallet.
