Everyone, at least once in their lives, has given up after half an hour of routine or less. Nobody, no matter how much they are a lover of exercise, can honestly say that they have always followed their planned routine. Often this occurs simply due to lack of discipline. However, there are ways to lower the risk of giving up and throwing in the towel.
First of all, technology perfectly helps us to stick to our goals. With a mobile application or computer built into an exercise machine, such as a treadmill or elliptical, it is more difficult to cheat. If you set the device to work for half an hour, you will in effect run that half hour. Although not to be abused, it is a good way to maintain discipline.
Second, it is also recommended to adapt the routine to hold with a good rhythm and without having to exhaust yourself in the middle or having to loosen up because we feel exhausted. Always have a less demanding set of exercises on hand that will allow you to recover and work at a manageable pace. To maintain discipline, avoid easy-start cycles followed by accelerated, extreme loading of cardio and weight lifting.
