1. What does a membership entail?
After you’ve signed up for a membership, you’re entitled to immediate 24-hour access to our portal. During this time, it’s important for you to try out our services and see if they meet your needs.
2. What does trial membership mean?

Once you signed up you are entitled to a 24-hour trial membership – starting from the time of purchase – to our Portal. During this time you can check the service and make your choice to continue using it. Do nothing to keep your membership, just enjoy and we will automatically upgrade it for you after the end of the trial period (unless you unsubscribe prior to the end of the trial period).

3. Why my card is charged?
Once you’ve signed up for the membership, you have 24 hours of unlimited access to the available content. In the case of the monthly subscription package, if you don’t cancel your membership before the end of the initial 24-hour period, your account is automatically upgraded to a paid membership. The price is up to $59.99 per month (or the equivalent in your local currency, as mentioned on the payment page). After your one-time payment account membership expires, your account will be automatically inactivated.
4. How much does my membership cost?

Monthly membership to our Portal is provided to you for the price of up to $59.99 per month (or an equivalent in your local currency which was initially mentioned on the payment page). It is subscription based therefore your card is charged every month automatically to provide you continuous access to the content available at the Portal.

5. When will I get charged for my membership?
For one-time payment packages, your card will be charged when you purchase access to the portal.
For your monthly subscription package, once your period ended, your card will be charged for a monthly membership price of up to $59.99 (or an equivalent in your local currency which was initially mentioned on the payment page), unless you unsubscribe prior to the end of the membership. The date of the first payment will be considered as your billing date. If your next billing date is scheduled for the date that does not exist in a given month, the payment will be made on the last day of that month.
6. Will I get confirmation about my payment?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation with transaction details to the email address you signed up with.

7. Can I cancel my membership/delete my account?

You may cancel your subscription and membership (free and paid) by visiting the “My Account” section of the site that you are a member of, and following the relevant link to Remove Your Account.

Please be aware that no refunds or credits will be provided for any partial-month membership periods or unused services.

8. Will I get confirmation that my membership was cancelled?

9. I did not receive a confirmation. How do I know my subscription is cancelled?

The confirmation was sent to the email address you signed up with. Please check your inbox. If you can’t find the email please also check your junk/spam folder.

10. Can I ask for a refund?

Please contact our Support +18779003648(24 hours/7 days), [email protected]. with your refund request. We will issue refunds after investigating on a case-by-case basis. We will take into consideration things such as other complaints received or other customers’ comments. If an issued refund is for recurring billing, we will only refund the most recent payment. A refund for a recurring billing will result in immediate cancellation of the recurring service. A refund of fees for any nonrecurring service will also result in immediate termination of access to the service.

11. I forgot my password. What do I do?

Your initial password was provided to you by the email you signed up with. If you did not change it after receiving you may still find it in your inbox and use it for login.
